BCF Yarn

BCF (Bulked Continuous Filament) is a type of synthetic fiber produced from polypropylene raw material. It is commonly used in area rugs, wall-to-wall carpeting, automotive upholstery, and car mats.

Melike Tekstil began BCF yarn production in 2013 and has since increased its production capacity to 1,500 tons per month and 18,000 tons annually.

We can manufacture yarns ranging from 1,000 dtex to 5,000 dtex according to our customers' requirements, offering tri-color, mono-color, single, twisted, and CPC options.
