Chenille Yarn
Chenille yarn is a fancy yarn used in upholstery fabrics, knitwear, hand knitting, and various other textile applications. It is produced by cutting the pile weft yarns between two twisted core yarns arranged in a leno weave structure.
Since commencing production in 2000, Melike Tekstil has continuously upgraded its manufacturing facilities with advanced technologies, reaching a daily chenille yarn production capacity of 12,500 kg. Our production capacity totals 375 tons per month and 4,500 tons annually.
Our facilities are capable of producing chenille yarns in counts ranging from Nm 0.5 to Nm 12.
Using premium raw materials such as acrylic, polyester, cotton, and viscose sourced from the world's leading suppliers, we produce high-quality yarns with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
