The subject of the application must be stated as “KVKK Data Subject Application”, and the application must clearly include the applicant’s full name, contact information, details necessary for identity verification, and the subject of the request.
Applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. If the processing of the request incurs additional costs, fees may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Melike Tekstil may request additional information or documents to verify the identity of the applicant and prevent the disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons.
